Refund policy

Due to the delicate and handcrafted nature of our jewellery, we currently accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received

  • Incorrect product received

If you need assistance:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share your order number

  • Provide clear product photos/videos

  • An unboxing video may be requested for verification purposes

A few important things to note:

  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted

  • Handmade variations are not considered defects

  • Products damaged due to improper handling, wear, or misuse are not eligible for return

  • Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable

Please wait for return approval from Lumera before shipping any item back.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
