Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted

Products damaged due to improper handling, wear, or misuse are not eligible for return

Customised or made-to-order pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
